We are currently working with a leading provider of workplace health services, who are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Health Nurse to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical skills and build a long-term career in Occupational Health, supported by a friendly and professional team.

The Role

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a range of healthcare services to employees across multiple client sites in the Surrey and Hampshire areas, including Guildford and Portsmouth. Duties include:

  • Conducting pre-employment health assessments, health surveillance, and periodic health reviews

  • Delivering vaccinations and undertaking phlebotomy

  • Supporting and promoting workplace health and wellbeing initiatives

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in line with GDPR

  • Ensuring medical equipment is maintained and safe for use

You will be working part-time (3/4 days per week) with flexible scheduling available.

Candidate Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

  • Previous experience in Occupational Health is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team

  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Surrey and Hampshire

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo checks)
