Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a varied, flexible role?
We’re recruiting for a fantastic peripatetic opportunity in the Luton area, offering the chance to work across a broad range of clients in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering and more. This hybrid role combines on-site service delivery with some remote work – ideal for OH professionals who enjoy autonomy and variety.
About the Role
As a Peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll provide the full OH remit independently, travelling between client sites in the region and working from home as needed. A typical day could include:
Management referrals (up to 5 per day)
New starter assessments (remote or in-person)
Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVs, skin assessments)
Vaccinations and phlebotomy (flu, Hep B, blood sampling)

Flexibility is essential, as clinics may vary in length – you may work across multiple sites in a single day or complete admin tasks remotely if a clinic is cancelled at short notice.
