We’re looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to support the delivery of a high-quality, responsive service. This role offers hybrid working – ideal for someone who enjoys both autonomy and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing complex cases and delivering expert advice to line managers and employees
Conducting workplace assessments and health surveillance
Advising on health and wellbeing strategy, policies, and procedures
Playing a pivotal role in developing wider wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
What We’re Looking For:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
NMC registration
minimum of 2 years of Occupational Health experience
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach
You’ll be part of a supportive team with regular input from an appointed Occupational Health Physician.
