OH Medical is recruiting an experienced Emergency Treatment Nurse for a leading Occupational Health provider. This full-time, permanent position is based onsite in Bridgwater, where you will play a key role in providing immediate medical care in a dynamic 24/7 environment. The role involves shift work, including both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency medical response and treatment for trauma/medical emergencies onsite.
Manage walk-in cases for injury or illness.
Conduct Health Surveillance and Occupational Health Medicals.
Perform Drug & Alcohol testing as required.
Administer cannulation when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Significant experience working in A&E or similar emergency settings.
Immediate or Advanced Life Support (RCUK) qualification.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum with enhanced pay for night and weekend shifts.
Ongoing Clinical Development with opportunities for further qualifications, including Advanced Practice in Clinical Assessment, Reasoning & Diagnostics and Non-Medical Independent Prescribing (via UWE or Plymouth University).
