OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join the team of a Leading Occupational Health provider on a full or part time permanent basis.
This will be a varied role which will involve undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential risks to health. You will undertake health surveillance, preemployment and fitness for work screenings where appropriate.
You will also advise employees on both physical and mental health problems, all the while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare.
This role will be working from home performing Pre-placement Questionnaires, Fit for Task reviews, Post-Covid Assessments and Sickness Absence Management. Other tasks may be required.
Skills/Experience
• You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health, as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Current NMC Registration
• An Occupational Health Nursing qualification is desirable however, candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
• You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
• The role also involves travelling to clinics, so a full UK driving license is a must.

Up to £45,000 PA (Pro Rata if Part Time)
