Salary: £36,363 – £45,024 | Full-time / Permanent

Your day-to-day:
Assess employees’ fitness for work & provide expert OH advice
Manage sickness absence referrals and complex health cases
Deliver health screening, surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
Support OH policy development and continuous improvement
Deputise for the Senior OH Advisor when required
What we need from you:
RN with OH qualification (or willingness to study)
Experience in occupational health & case management
Strong communication & report writing skills
Knowledge of Equality Act 2010 & workplace health legislation
Collaborative, flexible, and proactive
