​OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a permanent basis. This role is predominantly homebased, with travel required across Brighton and Hove for occasional face-to-face clinics.

This is a varied position involving remote case management and in-person clinical work where needed. It would suit an OHA who enjoys a blended workload and values flexibility, autonomy, and strong training support.

Duties:

  • Deliver remote case management across a mixture of client contracts.

  • Conduct face-to-face clinics as required in the South East.

  • Carry out workplace assessments and report on potential risks to health.

  • Undertake health surveillance, pre-employment and fitness-for-work assessments.

  • Provide advice on a wide range of physical and mental health issues.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.

Criteria:

  • Registered General Nurse with proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.

  • Current NMC registration.

  • Ability to travel to client sites when required.

  • HAVS trained or willing to undertake HAVS training.

  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.

  • Right to live and work in the UK is essential.
