​Are you a dynamic and experienced Occupational Health Advisor ready to make a real impact on the wellbeing of a diverse workforce? Then look no further! OH Medical is currently looking to hire an OHA to join our client and their in-house service located in Durham on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch occupational health services. Your duties will include:

  • Provide expert Occupational Health services, including case management for attendance and fitness, health screening, and surveillance.

  • Identify and report health-related trends, undertake health promotions, and advise on employee health matters.

  • Assist in the management of health assessments, surveillance and recall processes.

  • Attend meetings and liaise with managers to support services in achieving sickness absence targets.

  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and contribute to service improvements.

  • Maintain NMC registration and adhere to professional guidelines for continuous learning and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • An Occupational Health Diploma/Degree.

  • Experience with spirometry, audiometry and vision screening.

  • IT skills.


Salary & Benefits:

Our client is looking to offer a salary of up to £43,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package including:
