​OH Medical is currently seeking a qualified OHA for a homebased role with nation wide travel. You will be joining a very well established / supportive Occupational Health organisation. 



Duties & Key Responsibilities:

This role will be roughly 15% case management 50% Medicals, 15% Wellbeing, 5% Preplacement and 15% Strategic planning.

  • Case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other OH advice

  • ​​​​​​​Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports

  • Provide fitness medicals and health surveillance

  • Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensure the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate

  • Provide supervision and support other team members where relevant

Essential Skill Requirements

  • Registration with NMC Part 3

  • OH Qualified – Diploma/Degree

  • Have the ability to work effectively independently and also within a team framework

  • Be IT literate

  • Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Experience of working in an OH environment in a nursing/advisory capacity, across a range of OH activities

  • Full Drivers Licence
