OH Medical is currently seeking a qualified OHA for a homebased role with nation wide travel. You will be joining a very well established / supportive Occupational Health organisation.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
This role will be roughly 15% case management 50% Medicals, 15% Wellbeing, 5% Preplacement and 15% Strategic planning.
Case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other OH advice
Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports
Provide fitness medicals and health surveillance
Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensure the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate
Provide supervision and support other team members where relevant
Essential Skill Requirements
Registration with NMC Part 3
OH Qualified – Diploma/Degree
Have the ability to work effectively independently and also within a team framework
Be IT literate
Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Experience of working in an OH environment in a nursing/advisory capacity, across a range of OH activities
Full Drivers Licence
