OH Medical is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor located in Inverness to join the dynamic team of a leading Occupational Health Provider. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of employees across various industries. Our Client is committed to supporting and developing their Occupational Health team, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work on a hybrid basis. Your duties will include:

  • Utilise your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

  • Conduct case management both in person and over the phone, producing high-quality management advice reports.

  • Perform onsite Health Surveillance, including assessments such as HAVS, lung function testing, health questionnaires, and fitness for work assessments.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain the health and well-being of their workforce.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Preferably with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health.

  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, with exposure to case management and health surveillance.

  • Ability to travel as part of the role, requiring a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

  • Eligibility and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
