​OH Medical is currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis located in Leicester for a leading Occupational Health Provider. This is a hybrid role where you will be working from home the majority of the time, however, you will be required to cover clinics in Leicester on occasion.

The Remit:

As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working as part of a remote-based team to deliver a first classed Occupational Health services. Your duties will include:

• Workplace assessments and reporting on potential health risks

• Undertake health surveillance, pre-employment and fitness for work screenings

• Advise employees on both physical and mental health problems

• Sickness absence management

• Pre-placement Questionnaires, Fit for Task reviews and Post-Covid Assessments

• A mixture of home-based work and occasional onsite clinics in Leicester

Skills Required

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health

• Knowledge of Health and Wellbeing, Case Management and Health Surveillance

• Good IT Literacy

• Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills

• Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
