OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a permanent basis, covering three sites across Scotland and supporting approximately 800 employees.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work autonomously across multiple locations, with the majority of your time spent onsite and occasional home working for administrative duties.
Duties:
Manage a low caseload of case management referrals.
Conduct health surveillance including:
Audiometry
Spirometry
Skin surveillance
Forklift medicals
Night shift and lone working medicals
Vaccinations
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Work closely with HR and management to promote employee health and wellbeing.
Criteria:
Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification or relevant experience.
Experience in case management and health surveillance.
Confident in conducting medical assessments and vaccinations.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple sites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
