​OH Medical is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to undertake a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a hybrid post with 3 days on the client site in Farringdon and 2 days working from home as part of a first-class Occupational Health Team for a leading Occupational Health Provider.

The Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join the established team of this leading Occupational Health Provider in the delivery of an Occupational Health Service in a corporate setting. As the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate your duties will consist of:

  • Complex Case Management including initial assessment

  • Delivery of comprehensive reports with any adjustments and recommendations.

  • Face to face and remote consultations

  • Case Reviews

Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate you will be:

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Qualified to Degree/Diploma Level in Occupational Health

  • Have previous experience and knowledge of working in an Occupational Health setting delivering Case Management

  • Be able to work autonomously and withing a team framework

  • IT literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Teams

  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and work flexibly and to strict deadlines

  • Understanding the importance of  strict confidentiality of all record and treating all employees with respect, dignity and privacy

  • Ability to travel to client site where required on a weekly basis.
