Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
Location: Port Sunlight
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting from £42,000

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our clients team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical care and case management across a range of occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vaccinations, phlebotomy, health surveillance, and fitness-to-work assessments.

  • Handle complex case management and offer expert advice to support employees' return to work.

  • Deliver health promotion, education, and wellness initiatives to clients.

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Maintain accurate records using our internal systems and uphold confidentiality in line with UK GDPR.

  • Ensure clinical practice aligns with NMC guidelines and internal policies.

  • Mentor new team members and support training initiatives.

  • Take part in regular meetings, training, and continued professional development.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Health (or equivalent experience).

  • Skilled in vaccinations, phlebotomy, case management, and health assessments.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work to standards, identify training needs, and maintain professional development (e.g., revalidation).

  • Experience in corporate or commercial OH settings is desirable.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
