​OH Medical are seeking a band 6 Occupational Health Advisor based in Brighton. This will be an initial 4 week contract on a full time basis. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Main Duties:

- Case Management

- Fit for work medicals

- Provide an advisory service to all managers and staff on all aspects of Occupational Health.

- Advise Managers on the management of frequent and long-term sickness absence, suitable rehabilitation, redeployment or retirement.

- Actively advise and support staff unable to work due to sickness, and refer to specialist agencies as necessary.

 - Offer advice to any member of staff who may be suffering from a work-related illness or disorder and to refer on to the Occupational Physician as appropriate.
