OH Medical are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for a full time permanent role to join the onsite multidisciplinary team of a leading Occupational Health provider near Bridgwater.
The Remit
This fast paced exciting role covers the full remit of Occupational Health.
Case management services for referrals and other requests for OH advice.
Providing comprehensive and evidence based reports
Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and advising on fitness, (escalating where clinically appropriate)
Provide other OH services where required such as vaccinations, travel health services, ergonomic advice, or health promotion for our clients
Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where relevant (such as OH Technicians)
Skill Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Essential)
NMC Part 1 Registration (Essential) Part 3 (Desirable)
Dual RN/RMN qualification (Desirable)
Case Management experience (Essential)
General medicals, health surveillance and fit to work assessment experience (Essential)
Administration of vaccinations and travel health services (Desirable)
Advanced ergonomic advice (Desirable)
Good IT Skills (Essential)
