OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join the inhouse Occupational Health team of a public sector client. You will be based onsite in a 2 day per week 6 month contract in Penrith.
The Remit
As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will be delivering a full remit Occupational Health Service as part of a multidisciplinary team. The days required are flexible to suit your availability and there are no travel elements needed with the role.
Your Duties will include:
Preplacement Questionnaires
Fit for Task reviews
Case Management Referrals including Sickness Absence Management.
Health Surveillance and Screening
Immunisations & Vaccinations
Health and Wellbeing Promotion
Skill Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years post registration experience in Occupational Health
Qualified to minimum Diploma/Degree level in Occupational Health
Good communication skills written and verbal
Ability to manage own caseload, self-motivate and identify priorities
Good IT literacy IT literate
Current DBS on update service preferred
Umbrella Pay Rate: £35-40 per hour depending on experience
