​OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Screening Nurse to join our client on a part-time basis in Reading with the working hours of 9:00 - 5:00 Tuesday & Thursday.
This is a clinic-based position where you will provide Occupational Health Services to clients in a self-led clinic. You will undertake a range of Occupational health screening assessments and make decisions on the outcome of these assessments, utilising your knowledge, industry protocols and guidance to identify actual and potential hazards for our clients

Some of the main duties & responsibilities will include:

• Pre-employment medicals

• Specialised medicals such as:

  • Working at Heights

  • Confined Spaces

  • Train Drivers

  • Silica

• Drug and Alcohol screening

• Audiometry & Spirometry

• Level 1 & 2 HAVS

• Venepuncture when required

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a registered nurse that has a valid NMC Pin

• Ideally have prior experience working within Occupational Health

• Demonstrates an interest and commitment to Occupational Health.
