OH Medical are recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor for a prestigious client of a Leading OH Provider in a Safety Critical environment for a full time permanent role in Crewe.
The Remit
This full remit role will see you working as part of a multidisciplinary team and your duties will include:
Undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential risks to health
Advising employees on health problems, absences through illness or injury and assisting in their effective return to work
Providing an advisory service to managers and employees
Pre-employment, health surveillance and fitness for work screening
Liaise with company health and safety management on occupational health matters
Contribute to health & wellbeing campaigns for employees
Maintain knowledge of all professional nursing and occupational health matters
Skills Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse Part 1 Essential Part 3 Preferred
Qualified to diploma / degree level in OH
Experience in safety critical environment Essential
Must be proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £48,000 PA depending on experience
