Ben joined OH Medical Recruitment in June 2018 and has since forged strong relationships with both candidates and clients across the Occupational Health and Health & Safety sectors.
Since joining the business, he has worked with organisations ranging from private healthcare providers through to public sector and corporate clients, supporting them with permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions across the UK.
Over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of the Occupational Health market and takes a consultative approach to recruitment, helping clients navigate skill shortages while ensuring candidates find opportunities that align with their career goals and lifestyles.
