OH Medical is currently seeking a Hybrid Occupational Heath Advisor to undertake for a forward thinking Occupational Health Provider in a  Part-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working 2 days per week on a client site (Tuesday & Wednesday)  in Corby and 1 day remotely from home (Mondays or Thursdays).

The Role:
Joining an established Nurse lead Occupational Health team as an Occupational Health Advisor, this role will include autonomous working, to engage and build positive relationships that will help to shape the delivery of a first class occupational health service with the clients of this dynamic

  • Occupational Health Provider. Your duties will include:

  • Complex Case Management for both physical and mental health

  • Sickness Absence Management

  • Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision and possibly HAVS and Skin Assessments

  • Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires

  • Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice

Required Skills:

  • NMC Registered Nurse

  • Ideally Qualified within Occupational Health

  • Recent experience of the full remit of Occupational Health with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess excellent IT Literacy and record keeping skills

  • Be able to prioritise own workload and manage own time effectively, self-motivated and capable of working to strict deadlines

Salary & Benefits:
In return for your expertise as a Occupational Health Advisor , you can expect the following salary and benefits package:

  • £40-45,000 Per Annum DOE (Pro Rata if Part Time)
